Reviews, Reviews, Reviews!

We have been using a new review system for a few months.  We have noticed that it is helping our customers and potential customers make an informed decision on our products. 

If you purchase from Indigo's Curve please understand how important reviews are for our business.  When we make a purchase we always search for reviews to compare our expectations to actual customer experiences.  It also helps us with making improvements to our product line and descriptions, correct errors, and improve our customers experience! 

If problems come up during an order it is our wish that customers contact us first before placing a negative review that we didn't have a chance to make right.

  • Lyne, We have not received an email from your email address. Your order was out for delivery earlier today. We send emails to all of our customers when they place an order and when it ships/is out for delivery. If you have not seen these emails you might want to look in your junk mail. We are also sending you this information via email.

  • I ordered a couple items in November. I have yet to receive them. I emailed to inquire about shipping and expected arrival date. No response. There are no phone numbers to call their customer service. Calling my credit card today to report the failure to complete the service. Unfortunate. Now have to scramble for husband’s Christmas gift.
