The good side: the harder we work, the more we update our customers with shipping and tracking info, the more ground we gain on our back log.

The bad side: Working really hard to get caught up leaves little room for customer service on pending orders, doing customer service for hours each day means sacrificing production which leads to more customer service problems. 

This is why with only 3 people we are testing out doing updates on our website and FB Page to help us keep more customers informed while still doing increased production.  We are setting up a new system to provide more automatic updates to customers.
